Brand experience

The strongest brand signal in a workplace is how well the place works.

We look for the few points in a journey where a story genuinely lands: arrival, the first shared room, and the places where clients and staff overlap.

Graphics, material and light are then used sparingly and permanently. Nothing is specified that will look dated when the messaging changes.

WHAT IT CHANGES

How brand experience can help

Working alongside the design and delivery teams, we build one integrated plan that meets the project's goals. It usually covers:

  • 01

Making the brand felt in space rather than pasted on walls

  • 02

Choreographing how clients and candidates are hosted

  • 03

Giving a merged or renamed business one shared identity

  • 04

Telling the sustainability and community story honestly

  • 05

Planning digital surfaces as part of the architecture

  • 06

Keeping messaging changeable without a refit

  • 07

Carrying one experience language across offices

Our brand experience services

A fully integrated package that runs from first brief through to design:

  1. 01

Narrative workshops with leadership and marketing

  2. 02

Journey mapping for arrival, hosting and demonstration

  3. 03

Environmental graphics, applied and dimensional, detailed for wear

  4. 04

Material, light and joinery moments integrated into the build

  5. 05

Digital and media surfaces with servicing designed in

  6. 06

A guideline set so future messaging stays consistent

We keep the count low on purpose. A handful of moments that are genuinely built, a threshold, a stair, a hosting room, reads as confidence, where thirty applied graphics read as decoration.

Anything tied to current messaging is designed to be swapped cheaply. Anything permanent is tied to the values that will still hold in ten years.
